These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services, including any purchases made through our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or make any purchases.
I. General:
Perroz Designs Inc. is a Canada-based business operating in compliance with applicable Canadian laws. We sell and ship products internationally, subject to the shipping restrictions of each destination country. All checkout pricing and payment currency are listed and transacted in CAD, and applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout. International currencies are displayed based on country selection and are provided by a third party. Perroz Designs Inc. does not guarantee their accuracy. Final pricing is strictly in Canadian currency and displayed during check out.
II. Orders and Payment:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods unless otherwise specified by agreeable terms in writing by Perroz Designs Inc. prior to order creation.
III. Shipping and Delivery:
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local import regulations. Perroz Designs Inc. is not liable for any extra shipping, customs duties, penalties, or other fees incurred by the Buyer after shipment has been fulfilled by Perroz Designs Inc. Shipping times may vary depending on location and customs processing. The Buyer is responsible for making all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the order. Perroz Designs Inc. is not responsible for costs associated with “Undeliverable” or “Return to Sender” packages or their associated re- importation fees, broker fees, or duties. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring accurate shipping and contact information is provided at the time of purchase. The buyer assumes the responsibility and risk of loss once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Perroz Designs Inc. will assist the customer to recover lost packages and assist with shipping carrier communication to the best of their ability or as Perroz Designs Inc. deems appropriate.
IV. Lead Times:
Certain items available through our store are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically upon purchase. By placing an order for a made-to-order product, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that these items are subject to a production lead time before shipment.
Estimated lead times—when applicable—are provided in the product descriptions and serve as general guidelines only. While we make every effort to fulfill orders within the stated timeframe, lead times may fluctuate due to production volume, supply chain delays, or other factors beyond our control.
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these terms and understands that delays in production or fulfillment do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or dispute.
V. Returns & Exchanges:
Please note that all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed and confirmed unless under the following conditions:
It is cancelled in writing before the end of three business days after purchase or before made to order items have been cut, whichever comes first.
The item is deemed to be defective from the factory.
The order meets exchange criteria.
We offer exchanges on certain items, subject to the following conditions:
Requests for a size exchange must be made within seven business days of delivery.
Exchange for different colors or patterns is at the sole discretion of Perroz Designs Inc.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including shipping the item back to us and the cost of sending the replacement item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
Any orders short of items, that include incorrect items, or items deemed to be defective from the factory must be reported to Perroz Designs Inc. within seven business days of signed receipt to enable replacement or refund.
Unless agreed to otherwise in writing, refunds for defective items will only be issued once the Buyer has packaged and handed over the defective items to the shipping carrier, chosen at the discretion of Perroz Designs Inc.
To initiate an exchange, report a missing or wrong item, or initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us at info@perrozdesigns.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
VI. Product Availability and Descriptions:
We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
VII. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
VIII. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
