A rigid platform to mount your preferred ruggedized communication device, phone board or general purpose pouch to the chest section of the Low Profile Slick Plate Carrier (LPSPC). Made of 6 Layer Tegris material. Two rows of 1 in MOLLE webbing loops. Hook Velcro backed and held stable with round tabs, which slide into the vertical webbing of the LPSPC.
